The Process

Step 1: Choose 1-4 balloon colors and add-ons.

Step 2: Pick a font for your sign. Use the link below to view different fonts and type your chosen font in the text box.

Step 3: Write name or word for the sign in the personalization box(Maximum 2 words). Please note that name(s) will automatically be cut the same way you stated in the personalization box.

Step 4: Pick a delivery date ( schedule your delivery date at least 14 days before your event).

Step 5: At checkout confirm the delivery date/setup time. Please schedule your delivery/setup time at least 2-4 hours before your event.

Step 6: At checkout provide the recipient's name, address, phone number, and any other special instructions if needed.

Important Note: 30% Deposit for All Orders

24 hours before you event you will receive a confirmation text message. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know via text or email at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. After delivery a pickup time will also be scheduled the same day or at a later date.
