Most installations take between 1–3 hours depending on size and complexity. We coordinate arrival to wrap setup at least 30 minutes before your guests arrive.
Yes! We install outdoors in shaded areas and tents. For direct Texas sun or temps above 90°F, we use heat-resistant techniques and recommend later install times to protect the balloons.
Outdoor balloons are guaranteed for 1–2 days due to exposure to the elements such as direct sun, heat and wind. Indoor balloons are guaranteed for up to 3 days. We use professional-grade balloons for premium longevity.

Backdrops, arches and flower walls are rented for up to 6 hours, with delivery, install and breakdown included. Refundable deposits apply to all rental items.
We recommend 4–8 weeks for full installations and 2 weeks minimum for grab-and-go garlands. Peak weekends book quickly.
Yes — a Square invoice for a 50% deposit is emailed to secure your date. The remaining balance is collected after installation.
